I might x-post to /r/cartalk too. I was driving through this absolutely terrible rain/slush/crap weather and my lighting seemed a little bit dim/off. Played around with the stalk a little bit when I got to my destination and discovered that my high beams and fog lights had both stopped working altogether. Low-beams, parking lights/turn signals, and all rear lights still function properly. The little blue high beam symbol still illuminates on the gauge cluster when the high beams are "on". The fog light symbol does not illuminate, even if they are set to be turned on. I did lose traction and skid out once on the trip at a low speed, but did not hit anything (no impact, and no damage to the car).
